Judges consider visual impact, composition, and image quality (sharp focus, true colour, quality of print, etc.) in selecting the winners. The judges' decisions are final. Winners may be asked to submit digital images or negatives that can be scanned so the winning images can be displayed on the Pucklechurch Community Website or enlarged for display at the Revel Photography Exhibition or on Revel Day. Photographers retain the copyright on their images. However, by submitting an image to this competition, entrants expressly grant the Revel Committee the right to use the image free of charge for display at the exhibition, on Revel Day, and for publishing on the Pucklechurch Community Website and in Pucklechurch News. All suitable entries will be displayed at the Revel Photography Exhibition in the Village Hall on 13th October and thereafter in the Village Hall meeting room.
